Refund Policy

10 Day Returns Policy

At Entire Décor we have a 10 Day Returns Policy which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note our "10 DAY RETURN POLICY" does NOT apply to any Fragile items, Mirrored items, Discounted items, Sale items or Custom made / Pre order items. The customer is responsible for any "Return shipping cost" to our warehouse. Shipping charges are not refunded under our 10 day return policy.

Non Returnable items

Certain types of items CANNOT be returned under our Return policy for "Change of mind" which include Pre-order items, Sale item, Bone Inlay , Home décor or any Special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept Returns for Mirrored furniture or Fragile items that require specialised delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any discounted sale items or gift cards.

Change of mind

Store credit or Exchange is only available for any "Change of mind" purchase. Please note our we do not offer Refunds for Change of mind, Fragile items, Bone Inlay, Mirrored items, Discounted items, Sale items or Custom made, Pre order items. We only offer Store credit or Exchange for any change of mind. The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost to our warehouse. Shipping charges are not refunded "Change of mind".

Refunds

Refund or Store credit is available for faulty or damaged items only. We must receive refund request within 7 days. We do not offer refunds for Change of mind, Discounted items, Sale items, Marble furniture or Mirror furniture or mirror items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Original delivery cost will not be refunded under our Returns Policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs to return item our warehouse.

Item has arrived damaged

Please unpack and check the product/s for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery. You must notify Entire Décor of any faulty or damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by phone on email entiredecor.com@gmail.com

Once we have received your advice of any faulty or damaged goods will liaise directly with our Supplier/s to resolve the issue. Please refer to the Refunds

To start a Return

For returns you can contact us at entiredecor.com@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact our sales for any return questions.

Cancellations

Please contact our sales office to cancel your order with 24 hours of placing your order online. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once in production. We cannot cancel any order due to extended delivery timeframe, production delays, customs delays which are beyond our control or subsequent port delays which affect the lead time of your order. Please refer to our cancellation policy on our website. Cancellation of any order or custom orders will forfeit all or part of your money if you choose to cancel your order. A 50% cancellation fee is applicable should you need to cancel your order. When the pre order is accepted and ordered, the customer is liable to lose any monies paid. Items reserved in our upcoming shipment or items placed into production cannot be cancelled without forfeiting their payment. We will provide a STORE CREDIT ONLY for any return items. Paying for your order online or instore indicates you agree and accept the Terms and Conditions. This does not exclude your rights under USA Consumer Law as you may still have warranties or guarantees on the products description, fit for purpose and quality

DISCLAIMER

Entire Decor will not be liable for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control or for any losses that are incurred as of any delays or force majeure of the purchaser. As with all our products we endeavour to dispatch all deliveries as fast as possible to our customers, with many of our products being sourced internationally we may be affected by public holidays, inclement weather, port or custom delays all of which are beyond our control. All expected delivery times are estimated until the products are in our warehouse and ready for dispatch upon which time the standard delivery terms will apply.
